We all want to feel happiness, peace and love. That is the ultimate goal of a human life. Those are not the only feelings that we can experience, there are many more like sadness, upheaval, hate, and anger. And often we tend to move away from these. But if we don't feel one side of the spectrum we are not able to feel the other. Being able to feel safe enables you to trust in yourself and know that whatever feeling is coming up you can cope with it.
